NEPSE Requests Listed Companies to Pay Renewal Fees by the End of Ashwin

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has requested all listed companies to pay the renewal fees for the fiscal year 2081-82 by the end of Ashwin. According to a notice published by NEPSE, a 10% penalty will be imposed, and the listing could be suspended if the fees are not paid within the stipulated time.

Renewal Fee Details:

  • Companies with paid-up capital up to NPR 500 million: Annual renewal fee of NPR 50,000.

  • Companies with paid-up capital above NPR 500 million: Annual renewal fee of NPR 100,000.

  • Debentures and Mutual Funds:

    • Up to NPR 500 million: NPR 25,000 renewal fee.

    • Above NPR 500 million: NPR 50,000 renewal fee.

NEPSE has emphasized that companies must pay the renewal fees on time to avoid penalties and potential suspension of their listings.
