The “NIC Asia Equity Linked Investment Scheme (ELIS)” under NIC Asia Bank Mutual Fund has successfully completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) allotment.
Out of the total 100 million units, 15% (15 million units) were purchased by the promoter, NIC Asia Bank Limited. The remaining 85 million units, worth NPR 8.5 billion at a par value of NPR 10 per unit, were issued to the general public.
The total fund size of the scheme stands at NPR 10 billion. The issue manager for the scheme was NIC Asia Capital Limited.
