(NIFRA) निफ्राको ६% हरित उर्जा ऋणपत्र जेठ १८ गतेदेखि निष्कासन हुनेNIFRA to Issue 6% Green Energy Bonds from Jestha 18
नेपाल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर बैंक लिमिटेड (निफ्रा) ले यही जेठ १८ गतेदेखि "निफ्रा हरित उर्जा ऋणपत्र ६%–२०८८/८९" सार्वजनिक रुपमा निष्कासन गर्ने भएको छ। सात वर्षे अवधिको यस ऋणपत्रमा वार्षिक ६ प्रतिशत ब्याजदर प्रस्ताव गरिएको छ। प्रतिकित्ता १ हजार रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यको ५० लाख कित्ता ऋणपत्र निष्कासन गर्न बैंकले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट अनुमति पाएको हो। यसमध्ये ३० लाख कित्ता व्यक्तिगत तवरबाट बिक्री गरिनेछ भने बाँकी २० लाख कित्तामध्ये १ लाख कित्ता सामूहिक लगानी कोषलाई छुट्याएर १९ लाख कित्ता सर्वसाधारणका लागि खुला गरिनेछ। यसमा न्यूनतम २५ कित्ता र अधिकतम १० लाख कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ। निष्कासन अवधि छिटोमा जेठ २१ गतेसम्म र ढिलोमा असार १ गतेसम्म हुनेछ। धितोपत्र निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक एनआइएमबि एस क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ।
Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) is set to issue a 7-year bond titled "NIFRA Green Energy Bond 6%–2088/89" from Jestha 18. This bond offers an annual interest rate of 6%. The bank has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 5 million units of bonds, each with a face value of NPR 1,000. Out of the total, 3 million units will be sold privately, while 2 million units will be made available to the public—1 million of which are reserved for mutual funds, and the remaining 1.9 million units will be offered to general investors. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 25 units and up to 1 million units. The issuance will close as early as Jestha 21 or by Asar 1 at the latest. NIMB Ace Capital Limited is the designated issue and sales manager for this bond.
