निर्धन उत्थान लघुवित्तले १ अर्ब रुपैयाँको ऋणपत्र जारी गर्नेNirdhan Utthan Microfinance to Issue NPR 1 Billion Bond
निर्धन उत्थान लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाले १ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको ऋणपत्र निष्काशन गर्ने तयारी गरेको छ। मंसिर ५ गते बसेको संस्थाको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले सहायक आवधिक ऋणपत्र जारी गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।
संस्थाले सार्वजनिक सूचना जारी गर्दै सुरक्षण नराखिएको १ अर्ब रुपैयाँ रकमको सहायक आवधिक ऋणपत्र ७ प्रतिशत ब्याजदरमा जारी गर्ने उल्लेख गरेको छ। उक्त ऋणपत्र जारी प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउन आवश्यक स्वीकृतिका लागि नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक (NRB) मा प्रस्ताव पेश गर्ने संस्थाले जनाएको छ।
नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक तथा धितोपत्र बोर्ड (SEBON) बाट स्वीकृति प्राप्त भएपछि मात्र ऋणपत्र निष्काशन प्रक्रिया औपचारिकरूपमा सुरु हुनेछ। ऋणपत्रबाट संकलित रकम संस्थाले दीर्घकालीन कर्जा व्यवस्थापन तथा कार्यक्षमता विस्तारमा उपयोग गर्ने जनाएको छ।
Nirdhan Utthan Microfinance Financial Institution is set to issue bonds worth NPR 1 billion. The decision to float the bond was approved during the board meeting held on Mangsir 5.
According to the public notice, the institution plans to issue an unsecured subordinated term bond amounting to NPR 1 billion with an interest rate of 7 percent. The proposal will be submitted to Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) for approval.
The microfinance institution stated that the bond will be issued only after obtaining necessary approvals from Nepal Rastra Bank and the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). The funds raised through the bond will be utilized for long-term financing and strengthening the institution’s capital base.
