दुई बीमा कम्पनी, एनएलजी इन्स्योरेन्स र लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कर्पोरेसनले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट हकप्रद निष्कासनको स्वीकृति पाएका छन्।
मुख्य विवरणहरू:
एनएलजी इन्स्योरेन्स: ६६ प्रतिशत हकप्रद निष्कासनको स्वीकृति पाएको छ। यस अन्तर्गत कम्पनीले ९६ लाख ३१ हजार कित्ता बराबरको हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्नेछ।
लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कर्पोरेसन: ८८ प्रतिशत हकप्रद निष्कासनको स्वीकृति पाएको छ। यस अन्तर्गत कम्पनीले २ करोड ३४ लाख ६८ हजार कित्ता हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्नेछ।
यस स्वीकृतिपछि दुवै कम्पनीले आफ्ना सेयरधनीहरूलाई थप सेयर प्रस्ताव गर्दै पूँजी विस्तार गर्ने योजना अगाडि बढाएका छन्।
Two insurance companies, NLG Insurance and Life Insurance Corporation, have received approval from the Nepal Securities Board for the issuance of rights shares.
NLG Insurance:
The company has been approved to issue rights shares amounting to 66%. As part of this, NLG Insurance will issue a total of 9.631 million shares to its shareholders.
Life Insurance Corporation:
The company has received approval for the issuance of 88% rights shares. Under this, Life Insurance Corporation will issue a total of 23.468 million shares.
Following this approval, both companies plan to offer additional shares to their existing shareholders to expand their capital.
