NLG Insurance Announces 7% Dividend to Shareholders

NLG Insurance Limited has announced dividend distribution to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has declared a total dividend of 7 percent of its paid-up capital.

Out of the total dividend, 4 percent will be distributed as bonus shares, while the remaining 3 percent will be provided as cash dividend (including tax purposes). The decision was made during the meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on December 23, 2025 (Poush 7).

The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement by the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
