NMB Bank Limited (NMB) has announced its decision to withhold dividend distribution from the profits of the last fiscal year. This resolution was passed during the Board of Directors meeting held on December 6. The financial statements for the year have been submitted to Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) for approval, with a final endorsement awaited during the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
