निवेदन दिने समय: इच्छुक विद्यमान शेयरधनीहरूले ३५ दिनभित्र बैंकको कम्पनी सचिवको कार्यालय, बबरमहल, काठमाडौँमा निवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ।
निवेदन नआएमा: ३५ दिनभित्र कुनै निवेदन प्राप्त नभएमा, बैंकले शेयरहरू अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउनेछ।

Application Period: Interested existing shareholders must submit their applications within 35 days to the bank's company secretary's office in Babarmahal, Kathmandu.
In Case of No Applications: If no applications are received within the 35-day period, the bank will proceed with the sale of the shares to other individuals or institutions.
