एनएमबी बैंकले पुस २४ गते साधारण सभा बोलायो, पुस ९ गते बुक क्लोजरNMB Bank Sets Book Closure Date; Schedules 30th AGM on Poush 24
काठमाडौं — एनएमबी बैंक लिमिटेडले ३०औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा (एजीएम) आगामी पुस २४ गते आयोजना गर्ने भएको छ । बैंकले साधारण सभाका लागि बुक क्लोजर मिति पुस ९ गते तोकेको छ ।
बैंकको मंसिर ५ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समिति (४९९औँ) बैठकले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को मुनाफाबाट शेयरधनीहरूलाई १०.३७ प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको हो ।
प्रस्तावित लाभांश अन्तर्गत हाल कायम १८ अर्ब ३६ करोड रुपैयाँ चुक्ता पुँजीको आधारमा ५ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर (९१ करोड ८३ लाख रुपैयाँ) र कर सहित ५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (९१ करोड ८३ लाख रुपैयाँ) वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव साधारण सभामा पेश गरिनेछ ।
बुक क्लोजर मिति पुस ९ गते भएकाले सो मितिभन्दा अघिसम्म नेप्सेमा सेयर खरिद गरी नामसारी भएका शेयरधनीहरूले मात्र प्रस्तावित लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न तथा साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुन पाउने बैंकले जनाएको छ ।
Kathmandu — NMB Bank Limited has announced the schedule for its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and disclosed the book closure date for dividend entitlement.
The bank will hold its AGM on Poush 24, 2082. The decision was made at the 499th meeting of the Board of Directors held on Mangsir 5.
Among the key agenda items, the AGM will consider and approve a 10.37 percent dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. Based on the bank’s paid-up capital of Rs. 18.36 billion, the board has proposed distributing a 5 percent bonus share dividend worth Rs. 918.3 million and a 5 percent cash dividend (including tax) also worth Rs. 918.3 million.
The bank has fixed Poush 9 as the book closure date. Accordingly, only shareholders who maintain their shareholding until before Poush 9 will be eligible to receive the proposed dividend and attend the AGM.
