NMB Bank's Promoter Shares Up for Sale at a Minimum Price of NPR 110

NMB Bank has announced the sale of shares from its promoter group. A total of 180,288 shares from the promoter group have been put up for sale by the bank.
According to the bank, the minimum price for these shares has been set at NPR 110 per share. Interested investors must bid at or above this price to submit their applications.
The deadline for submitting applications is Mangsir 23, 2081 (December 8, 2024). A minimum bid must cover at least 5,000 shares.
The share sale process is being managed by NMB Capital.
