एनएमबी लघुवित्तको लाभांश नदिने निर्णयNMB Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. Decides to Skip Dividend Distribution This Year
फागुन १० गते बसेको एनएमबी लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले गत आर्थिक वर्षका लागि कुनै पनि लाभांश वितरण नगर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। बैठकले सोही अनुसारको वित्तीय विवरण स्वीकृत गरी नियामक निकाय Nepal Rastra Bank मा पठाउने निर्णयसमेत गरेको हो। लघुवित्तले आर्थिक वर्ष २०७८/७९ पश्चात हालसम्म कुनै लाभांश वितरण गरेको छैन। उक्त वर्षमा कम्पनीले १० प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर तथा ०.५३ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गरेको थियो।
The Board of Directors meeting of NMB Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd., held on Falgun 10, has decided not to distribute any dividend for the last fiscal year. The meeting also resolved to forward the approved financial statements to the regulatory authority, Nepal Rastra Bank, for approval. The microfinance company has not distributed any dividend since fiscal year 2078/79, during which it had provided a 10% bonus share and 0.53% cash dividend to its shareholders.
