एनएमबि म्युचुअल फण्ड अन्तर्गत सञ्चालित ‘एनएमबि सरल बचत फण्ड–ई’ ले इकाइधनीहरूलाई ४.२७ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (प्रतिफल) वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ।
एनएमबि बैंकद्वारा प्रवद्र्धित र एनएमबि क्यापिटल लिमिटेडद्वारा सञ्चालित तथा डिपोजिटरी सेवामा रहेको उक्त योजनाले असार मसान्तसम्म कायम ३ अर्ब ३५ करोड ९१ लाख ३२ हजार रुपैयाँ बराबरको इकाइ पुँजीमा आधारित रही करसहित कुल १४ करोड ३४ लाख ३४ हजार ९४० रुपैयाँ नगद प्रतिफल वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।
साउन १५ गतेसम्म कायम रहेका इकाइधनीहरूले मात्र उक्त लाभांश प्राप्त गर्नेछन्। क्यापिटलका अनुसार लाभांश रकमबाट कर कट्टी गरी सम्बन्धित इकाइधनीहरूको हितग्राही खातामा पठाइनेछ। पुनः लगानी नगर्ने इकाइधनीहरूको हकमा भने लाभांश रकम उनीहरूको डीमैट खातामा उल्लेखित बैंक खातामा जम्मा गरिनेछ।
NMB Saral Bachat Fund–E, operated under the NMB Mutual Fund, has announced a 4.27% cash dividend (return) for its unit holders.
Promoted by NMB Bank and managed by NMB Capital Limited as the fund manager and depository, the scheme will distribute a total cash return of NPR 143.43 million (including tax) based on the unit capital of NPR 3.359 billion as of the end of Ashad 2082.
Only unit holders recorded till Shrawan 15 will be eligible to receive the declared dividend.
According to NMB Capital, the dividend amount—after applicable tax deductions—will be deposited directly into the respective unit holders’ Demat accounts. For those who have opted out of reinvestment, the dividend will be transferred to the bank account linked to their beneficiary account.
