Notable Decline in Gold and Silver Prices in the Nepali Market

On Monday, Chaitra 23, the prices of both gold and silver declined in the Nepali market. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold dropped by Rs. 2,600 per tola, reaching Rs. 291,400, compared to Rs. 294,000 on Sunday. Similarly, the price of silver decreased by Rs. 50 per tola, trading at Rs. 4,780, down from Rs. 4,830 the previous day. The decline in prices of both precious metals has had a slight impact on market activity.
