Api Power Company Limited, located at Trade Tower, Thapathali, Kathmandu, has published a 35-day public notice regarding lost share certificates of certain shareholders.
According to the company, the shareholders listed below have submitted applications requesting duplicate share certificates after losing their original ones. Anyone having any objection or claim over these shares is requested to contact the company’s Share Registrar Office at Trade Tower, Thapathali within 35 days from the date of this notice, along with valid evidence to support their claim.
If no claim is received within the mentioned period, the company will proceed to issue duplicate certificates and credit the concerned shares into the respective demat accounts of the applicants as per the process. No complaints or claims will be entertained after the deadline.
