The founder shareholders of Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have applied to sell 84,537 shares held in their name. This sale process has been initiated in accordance with the instructions issued by Nepal Rastra Bank.Interested founder shareholders are requested to submit their applications, along with the necessary documents, to the central office in Sanga, Kavrepalanchok, or to the share registrar, Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, within 35 days from the date of this notice.The minimum price per share has been set at NPR 715, and applications must be submitted with this price or higher.
