सपोर्ट लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको १,७४९ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न निवेदन दिनु भएको छ। यस बिक्रीको प्रक्रिया नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी गरिएको एकिकृत निर्देशन, २०८२ को निर्देशन नं. १०/०८२, १२ (ख) बमोजिम हो।संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरूको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ। यदि कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनी उक्त शेयर खरीद गर्न चाहनुहुन्छ भने, सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिदेखि ३५ दिन भित्र आवश्यक कागजात प्रमाण संलग्न गरी कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय वा शेयर रजिष्ट्रार आरविवि मर्चेन्ट बैंकिङ्ग लिमिटेड, टेकु, काठमाण्डौंमा निवेदन दिनु हुन सूचित गरिएको छ।यस प्रक्रिया अन्तर्गत, संस्थापक शेयर खरिदको इच्छुक व्यक्तिहरूको निवेदन तोकिएको म्याद भित्र प्राप्त नभएमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्तिलाई शेयर बिक्री गर्न आवश्यक कारवाही अघि बढाइने उल्लेख गरिएको छ।
The founder shareholders of Support Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have applied to sell 1,749 shares held in their name. This sale process is in accordance with the unified directive issued by Nepal Rastra Bank under Directive No. 10/082, Section 12(k) of the Integrated Directive, 2082.This notice is published for the information of the existing founder shareholders. If any founder shareholder is interested in purchasing these shares, they are requested to submit an application along with the necessary documents to the central office of the company or to the share registrar, RAVIB Merchant Banking Limited, Teku, Kathmandu, within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice.If the applications for the purchase of shares are not received within the specified time frame, necessary actions will be taken to sell the shares to other individuals, as per the prevailing regulations.
