नबिल बैंक लिमिटेडका संस्थापक समूहका सदस्यहरुले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको शेयर सर्वसाधारण व्यक्तिहरु र संस्थाहरुको लागि विक्री गर्नको लागि आवेदन दिएका छन्। यस सम्बन्धमा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी निर्देशिका अनुसार, बैंकका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई प्राथमिकता दिइ २०८२/०८/०२ मा ३५ दिने सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको थियो। यस अनुसार, विद्यमान संस्थापकहरुबाट कुनै पनि आवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले, उक्त शेयर अन्य व्यक्तिहरु र संस्थाहरुलाई विक्री गरिनेछ।

The promoter group of Nabil Bank Limited has submitted applications to sell their shares to the general public and institutions. In accordance with the directive issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, a 35-day notice was published in the national daily newspaper on 2nd Falgun, 2082, giving priority to existing promoter shareholders to purchase the shares. Since no applications were received from the existing promoters for the purchase of shares, these shares will now be sold to other individuals and institutions.
