अधिक तरलता व्यवस्थापन गर्न राष्ट्र बैंकले १ खर्ब २० अर्ब रुपैयाँ बजारबाट खिच्दैNRB to Mop Up NPR 120 Billion from Market to Manage Excess Liquidity
बैंकिङ प्रणालीमा अधिक तरलता बढेपछि नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले पुनः निक्षेप संकलन उपकरणमार्फत बजारबाट पैसा खिच्ने भएको छ । केन्द्रीय बैंकले आज वैशाख ११ गते एकैपटक १ खर्ब २० अर्ब रुपैयाँ बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाबाट तान्ने तयारी गरेको छ। यसका लागि दिउँसो ३ बजे बोलकबोल हुने बताइएको छ। ‘क’, ‘ख’ र ‘ग’ वर्गका बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरूले न्यूनतम १० करोड रुपैयाँदेखि बढीमा ५ करोड रुपैयाँले भाग जाने गरी कुल आह्वान रकमसम्म बोलकबोल गर्न सक्नेछन् । निक्षेप संकलनमा ब्याजदर बोलकबोल प्रणालीमार्फत निर्धारण गरिनेछ र बहुब्याजदरमा पनि सहभागी हुन सकिनेछ। १९ दिने यस निक्षेप संकलन उपकरणको साँवा तथा ब्याज वैशाख ३० गते भुक्तानी गरिने राष्ट्र बैंकले जनाएको छ ।
Due to excess liquidity in the banking system, Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) is once again using its deposit collection instrument to withdraw funds from the market. The central bank is set to pull out NPR 120 billion from banks and financial institutions on Baisakh 11, with bidding scheduled at 3 PM. Only Class ‘A’, ‘B’, and ‘C’ financial institutions are eligible to participate, with bids allowed in multiples of NPR 50 million and a minimum bid of NPR 1 billion up to the total announced amount. The interest rate will be determined through a bidding process, and multiple interest rates can also be offered. The 19-day deposit instrument will mature, with principal and interest repayment scheduled for Baisakh 30, according to NRB.
