एनआरएन इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर एण्ड डेभलपमेन्टले ४२ प्रतिशत लाभांश प्रस्ताव गर्योNRN Infrastructure and Development Proposes 42% Dividend
काठमाडौं । एनआरएन इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर एण्ड डेभलपमेन्ट लिमिटेडले आफ्ना सेयरधनीहरूका लागि आकर्षक लाभांश घोषणा गरेको छ। कम्पनीको मंगलबार बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट कुल ४२ प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको हो।
कम्पनीले सेयरधनीहरूलाई ४० प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर र सो बोनस सेयरमा लाग्ने कर प्रयोजनका लागि २.१०५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ।
प्रस्तावित लाभांश पारित गर्न कम्पनीले आगामी पुस ४ गते (१३औँ वार्षिक साधारणसभा) आयोजना गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। साधारणसभामा सो लाभांश अनुमोदनसँगै कम्पनीले १ः१ अनुपातमा हकप्रद सेयर (राइट्स शेयर) निष्कासन गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि पारित गर्नेछ।
एनआरएन इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चरले नियमित लाभांश वितरणसँगै पूँजी सुदृढीकरणका लागि हकप्रद निष्कासन गर्ने योजना अघि सारेको छ, जसले कम्पनीको लगानी क्षमतामा थप वृद्धि गर्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Kathmandu. NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited has announced an attractive dividend proposal for its shareholders. The decision was made during the company’s Board of Directors meeting held on Tuesday, based on the profits of the last fiscal year.
The company has proposed a 42% total dividend, which includes 40% bonus shares and 2.105% cash dividend to cover the tax liability on the bonus shares.
To approve the proposed dividend, the company has scheduled its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Poush 4, 2082 (December 19, 2025).
In addition to dividend approval, the company has also proposed to issue 100% right shares (1:1 ratio) after the distribution of the declared bonus shares.
NRN Infrastructure stated that the right share issuance aims to strengthen the company’s capital base and enhance its investment capacity for future infrastructure development projects.
