Number of Companies Applying for IPO Increases at SEBON, Boosting Investor Enthusiasm

The number of companies applying for Initial Public Offering (IPO) at the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has increased, signaling new opportunities and excitement among investors in Nepal. This surge follows the resolution of the long-standing strike by SEBON employees, which has brought a new pace to the IPO application process.
New Companies Apply for IPO
According to the latest update, several companies from the production and processing sectors have applied for IPOs. NC Agrotech Industries Limited, Daunne Agro Farm Limited, and Jasmin Paints Limited are among the companies that have submitted their applications. Additionally, companies from the micro-insurance sector have also applied for IPOs. Protective Micro Insurance, Star Micro Insurance, and Liberty Micro Life Insurance have all registered their IPO applications.

NC Agrotech Industries Limited – 187,500 shares
Daunne Agro Farm Limited – 125,000 shares
Jasmin Paints Limited – 100,000 shares
Protective Micro Insurance, Star Micro Insurance, and Liberty Micro Life Insurance – 225,000 shares
All the companies have applied to issue IPOs at a face value of NPR 100 per share.
