Under the book-building guideline, the number of companies that have signed agreements with the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) for share issuance has reached seven. NEPSE updated its earlier list of five companies by adding two new firms and publishing the revised list. The newly added companies are Yeti Brewery Limited and Nepal Tea Development Corporation Limited. Previously, the list included Norvic International Hospital and Medical College Limited, Jagdamba Spinning Mills Limited, Times Pharmaceuticals Limited, Laxmi Steels Limited, and Purwanchal Lub Oil Limited. These companies are working with NEPSE to conduct the sealed-bid book-building process for shares allocated to qualified institutional investors, where institutional investors first propose prices and the final share price is determined based on those bids.
