विभिन्न चार कम्पनीका संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीमा आउने भएका छन्। नेपाल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट मेगा बैंक, कालिका लघुवित्त, स्वावलम्बन लघुवित्त र मेरोमाइक्रोफाइनान्सले मिलेर कुल २ लाख ६५ हजार ७२० कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न लागेका हुन्।
नेपाल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट मेगा बैंकको १,३१५ कित्ता, कालिका लघुवित्तको ७,९६८ कित्ता, स्वावलम्बन लघुवित्तको ८४,०६५ कित्ता र मेरोमाइक्रोफाइनान्सको १ लाख ७२ हजार ३७२ कित्ता शेयर बिक्री हुनेछन्। यी शेयरहरुको प्रतिकित्ता मूल्य क्रमशः १००, ३३०, ३७५ र ३०० रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ।
शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुकले भदौ ४ गतेदेखि २४ गतेसम्म गोप्य शिलबन्दी बोलपत्रमार्फत आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। आवेदन पत्र बिक्री प्रबन्धक मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, नारायणचौर, नक्साल, काठमाडौंमा बुझाउनुपर्नेछ।
बोलपत्र पेस गर्दा नेपाल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट मेगा बैंकका सम्पूर्ण कित्ता, कालिका लघुवित्तका न्यूनतम १,००० कित्ता र स्वावलम्बन तथा मेरोमाइक्रोफाइनान्सका ५,००० कित्ता अनिवार्य माग गर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था छ।
A total of 265,720 promoter shares from four companies are being put up for sale. The companies include Nepal Investment Mega Bank, Kalika Laghubitta, Swabalamban Laghubitta, and Mero Microfinance.
Specifically, 1,315 shares of Nepal Investment Mega Bank, 7,968 shares of Kalika Laghubitta, 84,065 shares of Swabalamban Laghubitta, and 172,372 shares of Mero Microfinance will be sold. The per-share prices have been set at Rs. 100, Rs. 330, Rs. 375, and Rs. 300 respectively.
Interested buyers can submit sealed bids between Bhadra 4 and Bhadra 24 at the sales manager, Muktinath Capital Limited, Narayanchour, Naxal, Kathmandu.
As per the requirement, applicants must bid for the entire lot of Nepal Investment Mega Bank shares, a minimum of 1,000 shares of Kalika Laghubitta, and at least 5,000 shares each of Swabalamban Laghubitta and Mero Microfinance.
