१० महिनामा १४ अर्ब १३ करोड रुपैयाँ बराबरको पुँजीगत लाभकर संकलनOver Rs. 14.13 Billion Collected as Capital Gains Tax in 10 Months
शेयर बजारको कारोबारसँगै संकलित पुँजीगत लाभकर (Capital Gains Tax) सरकारले चालु आर्थिक वर्षको पहिलो १० महिनामा १४ अर्ब १३ करोड १६ लाख रुपैयाँभन्दा बढी उठाएको छ। नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से) परिसूचकमा देखिएको उतारचढावसँगै बजार सक्रिय रहँदा लगानीकर्ताबाट संकलित करको परिमाण पनि उच्च देखिएको हो।
बैशाखमा मात्रै १ अर्ब २२ करोड लाभकर
CDS एंड क्लियरिङ लिमिटेडका अनुसार बैशाख महिनामा मात्रै १ अर्ब २२ करोड ९२ लाख ५१ हजार रुपैयाँ बराबरको पुँजीगत लाभकर संकलन गरिएको छ। नेप्सेमा गत महिना हरियाली सत्र बढेपछि कारोबार बढेको र त्यसबाट लगानीकर्ताले नाफा कमाएका कारण कर संकलन पनि उल्लेख्य भएको हो।
व्यक्तिगत लगानीकर्ताबाट दीर्घकालीन कारोबारतर्फ ३३ करोड ७१ लाख ३५ हजार रुपैयाँ र अल्पकालीन कारोबारतर्फ ६३ करोड ५० लाख ५० हजार रुपैयाँ कर संकलन भएको छ। यस्तै, संस्थागत लगानीकर्ताबाट २५ करोड २३ लाख ३३ हजार र स्टक डिलरहरूको कारोबारबाट ४६ लाख ९५ हजार रुपैयाँ कर संकलन भएको छ।
महिनावार पुँजीगत लाभकर विवरण
सरकारले चालु आर्थिक वर्षको साउनदेखि बैशाखसम्म (१० महिनामा) विभिन्न महिनामा निम्नानुसार पुँजीगत लाभकर उठाएको छ:
साउन – रु. ४ अर्ब २७ करोड ५३ लाख
भदौ – रु. २ अर्ब ५७ करोड ९४ लाख ८० हजार
असोज – रु. ५८ करोड ६५ लाख ४० हजार
कात्तिक – रु. ७५ करोड ८७ लाख ८१ हजार
मंसिर – रु. १ अर्ब ४ करोड ६ लाख
पुस – रु. ५८ करोड ७ लाख ८५ हजार
माघ – रु. १ अर्ब ५ करोड ७० लाख ८८ हजार
फागुन – रु. १ अर्ब ३३ करोड २ लाख
चैत – रु. ६९ करोड ३५ लाख ८० हजार
बैशाख – रु. १ अर्ब २२ करोड ९२ लाख ५१ हजार
शेयर बजारमा कारोबार बढेसँगै कर संकलनमा पनि उल्लेख्य वृद्धि भएको देखिन्छ। आगामी महिनाहरूमा पनि बजारले गति लिँदा पुँजीगत लाभकर संकलन अझै बढ्ने अपेक्षा गर्न सकिन्छ।
The Government of Nepal has collected over Rs. 14.13 billion in capital gains tax (CGT) from stock market transactions in the first ten months of the current fiscal year (Shrawan to Baisakh). As trading volumes and profits surged in the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), the amount of capital gains tax collected from investors also saw a notable rise.
Rs. 1.22 Billion Collected in Baisakh
According to data published by CDS and Clearing Limited, a total of Rs. 1.22 billion in capital gains tax was collected in the month of Baisakh alone. With the NEPSE index on the rise and increased trading activity, many investors secured profits—leading to a higher volume of tax payments.
Of the Baisakh total:
Rs. 337.1 million was collected from long-term individual trading,
Rs. 635 million from short-term individual trading,
Rs. 252.3 million from institutional investors, and
Rs. 4.7 million from stock dealers.

If the trend continues, the overall CGT collection may set a new record by the end of the fiscal year.
