पैयु खोला हाइड्रोपावरले आईपीओ निष्कासन गर्ने Paiyu Khola Hydropower to issue IPO
पर्वत पैयु खोला हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले असार ३ गते विशेष साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। सभा टोखा-५, काठमाडौंस्थित कम्पनीको कार्यालयमा बिहान १० बजे सुरु हुनेछ।
यस सभामा कम्पनीले प्राथमिक सेयर (आईपीओ) निष्कासन गर्ने प्रस्ताव पेश गर्नेछ। साथै, स्वतन्त्र सञ्चालकको नियुक्ति गर्ने र कम्पनीको नियमावलीको नियम १८ मा संसोधन गर्ने प्रस्तावहरु पनि सभामा राखिनेछन्।
साधारण सभामा भाग लिन सेयरधनीहरुलाई कम्पनीले उपस्थित हुन अनुरोध गरेको छ। यस सभामा पारित हुने प्रस्तावहरु कम्पनीको भावी योजना र सञ्चालनमा महत्वपूर्ण हुने विश्वास गरिएको छ।
Paiyu Khola Hydropower Company Limited has called a special general meeting on Ashar 3. The meeting will commence at 10 AM at the company's office in Tokha-5, Kathmandu.
During this meeting, the company will present a proposal to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO). Additionally, proposals to appoint an independent director and amend Rule 18 of the company’s regulations will also be discussed.
