समयमै सम्पन्न आयोजनाको भुक्तानी रोकिन्न : मुख्यमन्त्री पाण्डेPayments for Completed Projects Will Not Be Delayed: Chief Minister Pandey
म्याग्दी । गण्डकी प्रदेश सरकारका मुख्यमन्त्री सुरेन्द्रराज पाण्डे ले समयमै सम्पन्न भएका विकास आयोजनाको भुक्तानीमा कुनै समस्या नआउने स्पष्ट पारेका छन्।
म्याग्दी जिल्लामा सञ्चालनमा रहेका सडक आयोजनाको स्थलगत अनुगमनका क्रममा मुख्यमन्त्री पाण्डेले प्रदेश सरकार दायित्व सिर्जना भइसकेका आयोजनाको भुक्तानीप्रति संवेदनशील रहेको बताए। बजेट अभावका कारण विकास निर्माण प्रभावित हुन नदिने सरकारको नीति रहेको उनको भनाइ थियो।
चालु आर्थिक वर्षमा काम भइरहेका कतिपय आयोजनामा बजेट अपुग भएको भन्दै निर्माण व्यवसायीले गुनासो गरेपछि मुख्यमन्त्री पाण्डेले काम नभएका तथा ठेक्का प्रक्रियामा बचत भएको बजेट रकमान्तर गरी भुक्तानीको व्यवस्था मिलाइने जानकारी दिए।
उनले धारापानी–ताकम–शिवाङ, बेनी–दरवाङ, दाङखोला पुल तथा बेनी–पाखापानी सडक आयोजनाको अनुगमन गरेका थिए। जिल्लाका सडक आयोजनामा सन्तोषजनक प्रगति देखिएको भन्दै मुख्यमन्त्री पाण्डेले निर्माण व्यवसायी, स्थानीय तह र सरोकारवालाको भूमिका प्रशंसनीय रहेको बताए।
यस अवसरमा पूर्वाधार विकास कार्यालय म्याग्दीका प्रमुख डा. महेन्द्र बानियाँले जिल्लामा सञ्चालित आयोजनाको अवस्थाबारे जानकारी गराएका थिए। मुख्यमन्त्री पाण्डेले बेनी–दरवाङ सडकअन्तर्गत फापरखेतमा आएको पहिरोको विकल्पका रूपमा बेलिब्रिज जडान गर्न चालु आर्थिक वर्षमा प्रदेश सरकारले एक करोड रुपैयाँ बजेट विनियोजन गरेको जानकारी दिए।
संघीय सरकारबाट बेलिब्रिज प्राप्त गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढिरहेको जनाउँदै मुख्यमन्त्री पाण्डेले समयमै काम सम्पन्न हुने विश्वास व्यक्त गरे। साथै, अलपत्र बनेको बेनी–दरवाङ सडकको तोलावाङ–दरवाङ खण्डलाई पूर्णता दिन र दाङखोलामा मोटरेबल पुल निर्माण प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउन आवश्यक सहजीकरण गर्ने प्रतिबद्धता पनि उनले जनाए।
Myagdi. Gandaki Province Chief Minister Surendra Raj Pandey has assured that payments for development projects completed on time will not face any obstacles.
During an on-site inspection of road projects being implemented in Myagdi district, Chief Minister Pandey said the provincial government is fully committed to making timely payments to construction companies. He emphasized that the government is sensitive to its obligations where liabilities have already been created and will not allow development works to be delayed due to budget constraints.
Following complaints from construction entrepreneurs about insufficient budget allocation for some ongoing projects in the current fiscal year, Chief Minister Pandey said that funds saved from inactive projects and tender processes would be reallocated to manage payments.
The Chief Minister inspected the Dharapani–Takam–Shiwang, Beni–Darwang, Dangkholaa Bridge, and Beni–Pakhapani road projects. Stating that the overall progress of road infrastructure projects in the district was satisfactory, he appreciated the efforts of construction companies, local stakeholders, and concerned agencies.
On the occasion, Chief of the Infrastructure Development Office, Myagdi, Dr. Mahendra Baniya, briefed the Chief Minister on the implementation status of ongoing projects. Chief Minister Pandey also informed that the provincial government has allocated NPR 10 million in the current fiscal year for the installation of a Bailey bridge as an alternative arrangement at Faparkhet along the Beni–Darwang road affected by landslides.
He expressed confidence that the work would be completed on time, noting that the process of obtaining the Bailey bridge from the federal government is underway. The Chief Minister further committed to facilitating the completion of the stalled Tolawang–Darwang section of the Beni–Darwang road and advancing the process for constructing a motorable bridge over the Dangkholaa River.
