पिपुल्स पावर लिमिटेडले असार २२ गतेदेखि हकप्रद सेयर निष्कासन गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीले हालको चुक्ता पुँजी ६३ करोड २६ लाख रुपैयाँको ५० प्रतिशत अर्थात् १ः०.५० अनुपातमा हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्न लागेको हो।
यस योजनाअनुसार, लगानीकर्ताले हालको १० कित्ता सेयर बराबर ५ कित्ता नयाँ सेयर आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। हकप्रद सेयर प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँको दरले ३१ लाख ६३ हजार कित्ता निष्कासन गरिनेछ।
हकप्रद सेयरमा आवेदन दिन असार २२ गतेदेखि साउन ११ गतेसम्मको समय सीमा तोकिएको छ। कम्पनीले असार २ गते बुक क्लोज गरिसकेको हुँदा सो मितिको अघिल्लो दिनसम्म कायम रहेका सेयरधनीहरू मात्र आवेदन दिन योग्य हुनेछन्।
कम्पनीले यो हकप्रद निष्कासनबाट पुँजी वृद्धिसँगै परियोजना विस्तार तथा वित्तीय मजबूती गर्ने लक्ष्य लिएको बताएको छ।
Peoples Power Limited is set to issue rights shares starting from Ashad 22. The company plans to offer a 50% rights issue in the ratio of 1:0.50 — meaning shareholders can apply for 5 new shares for every 10 shares they currently own.
The rights issue will be offered at a par value of NPR 100 per share, with a total of 3,163,000 shares to be issued. This is based on the company’s current paid-up capital of NPR 632.6 million.
Investors can apply for the rights shares until Shrawan 11. The company had already announced a book closure on Ashad 2, meaning only those shareholders who held shares up to the day before the book closure are eligible to apply.
The company aims to use the proceeds from the rights issue to strengthen its capital base and support future project expansions.
