PMLI प्रभु महालक्ष्मी लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले कुल १ लाख ३० हजार ४४२ कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीमा ल्याएको छ। कम्पनीले प्रतिकित्ता न्यूनतम मूल्य २०३ रुपैयाँ तोकेको छ।
यस सेयर बिक्रीमा कम्पनीका विद्यमान संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूले मात्र सहभागी हुन पाउनेछन्। इच्छुक सेयरधनीले आवश्यक कागजातसहित ३५ दिनभित्र कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, कमलादी–काठमाडौंमा निवेदन दिइसक्नुपर्नेछ।
PMLI Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Company Limited has announced the sale of a total of 130,442 promoter shares.
The minimum price per share has been set at NPR 203. Only existing promoter shareholders of the company are eligible to purchase these shares.
Interested promoter shareholders must submit their application along with the required documents to the company’s central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu within 35 days.
