अपि पावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडको वार्षिक साधारणसभा र बुक क्लोज मिति हाललाई स्थगित गरिएको छ। विद्युत नियमन आयोगले कम्पनीले घोषणा गरेको लाभांशमा पुनरवलोकन गर्नुपर्ने आवश्यकता औंल्याएपछि यस प्रक्रिया स्थगित भएको हो।
स्थगित मिति: कात्तिक १ गतेको वार्षिक साधारणसभा र असोज १६ गतेको बुक क्लोज मिति।
लाभांश प्रस्ताव: ९ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर र ०.४७ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (कर प्रयोजनका लागि)।
कम्पनी सञ्चालक समितिले असोज १५ गते बसेको बैठकमा वार्षिक साधारणसभा हाललाई स्थगित गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। नियामक निकायको निर्देशन अनुसार, कम्पनीले लाभांशमा पुनरवलोकन गरेपछि साधारणसभा र बुक क्लोजको नयाँ मिति निर्धारण गर्नेछ।
API Power Company Limited's annual general meeting (AGM) and book closure dates have been postponed. The Electricity Regulatory Commission has pointed out the need for a review of the company's proposed dividend, leading to the postponement of these events.

AGM: Initially scheduled for Kartik 1 (October 18)
Book Closure: Initially set for Asoj 16 (October 2)

The company's board of directors decided to postpone the AGM in a meeting held on Asoj 15 (October 1). Following the regulator's directive, the company will review the proposed dividend and then announce new dates for the AGM and book closure.
