पिपुल्स पावर लिमिटेडका ३९ लाख ७ हजार ९४८ कित्ता सेयरको लकइन अवधि आगामी भदौ १२ गते समाप्त हुने भएको छ। कम्पनीले आज जारी गरेको सूचनामा संस्थापक, कर्मचारी र स्थानीयका सेयरहरूको लकइन अवधि सकिने जानकारी दिएको हो।
कम्पनीले २०७९ साउन ३१ गतेदेखि भदौ ५ गतेसम्म सर्वसाधारणका लागि आईपीओ खुला गरेको थियो, जसको बाँडफाँड २०७९ भदौ १२ गते गरिएको थियो। कानूनी प्रावधानअनुसार संस्थापक, कर्मचारी र स्थानीयको सेयर बाँडफाँड मितिबाट तीन वर्षसम्म लकइनमा राख्नुपर्ने छ।
कम्पनीका अनुसार, लकइन अवधि समाप्त हुने सेयरमध्ये ३२ लाख २६ हजार कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर, ४९ हजार ३४८ कित्ता कर्मचारीको सेयर र ६ लाख ३२ हजार ६०० कित्ता स्थानीयका सेयर रहेका छन्।
तर, सञ्चालक समितिका संस्थापक सदस्य र कम्पनीका उच्च व्यवस्थापन तहका कर्मचारीहरूले प्रचलित कानुनी नियम अनुसार सेयर किनबेच गर्न पाउने छैनन्, कम्पनीले स्पष्ट पारेको छ।
PPL The lock-in period for 39,07,948 shares of People's Power Limited will end on August 12. The company issued a notice today informing that the lock-in period for shares held by founders, employees, and locals will conclude on this date.
The company had opened an IPO for the general public from July 31 to August 5, 2022, with the allotment taking place on August 12, 2022. As per legal provisions, the shares allotted to founders, employees, and locals must remain locked for three years from the allotment date.
According to the company, of the shares whose lock-in period is ending, 32,26,000 shares belong to founders, 49,348 shares are held by employees, and 6,32,600 shares belong to locals.
However, the company clarified that founders who are part of the board of directors and employees in senior management positions will not be allowed to buy or sell shares as per the prevailing legal provisions.
