(PPL) पिपुल्स पावरलाई हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन गर्न धितोपत्र बोर्डको स्वीकृती(PPL) SEBON Approves People's Power Limited's Rights Share Issuance
पिपुल्स पावर लिमिटेड (PPL) लाई हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन गर्न नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (SEBON) ले स्वीकृति दिएको छ। बोर्डले जेठ २ गते कम्पनीलाई स्वीकृति प्रदान गरेको हो।
कम्पनीले हालको चुक्ता पूँजीको ५० प्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन गर्न पाउनेछ। यसअनुसार, १ बराबर ०.५० को अनुपातमा ३१ लाख ६३ हजार कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन गरिनेछ, जसको कुल मूल्य ३१ करोड ६३ लाख रुपैयाँ हुनेछ। प्रत्येक शेयरको अंकित मूल्य १०० रुपैयाँ हुनेछ।
यस हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन तथा बिक्री व्यवस्थापन प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले गर्नेछ ।
People's Power Limited (PPL) has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue rights shares. The approval was granted on Jestha 2, 2082.
The company will issue rights shares at a ratio of 1:0.50, meaning shareholders will be able to buy one share for every two shares they currently own. A total of 3,163,000 units of rights shares, each with a face value of NPR 100, will be issued—bringing the total value of the issuance to NPR 31.63 crores.
Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue and sales manager for the offering.
