यस बैंकका तपसिल बमोजिमका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा कायम संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने इच्छा गरी आवश्यक बन्दोवस्त गरिदिन निवेदन गरेकाले संस्थापक शेयर खरिद बिक्री गर्दा बैंकका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयर धनीहरुलाई प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था भएकाले प्रस्तावित संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक बैंकका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । प्रस्तावित शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले तोके बमोजिमका Fit & Proper Test को मापदण्ड पुरा हुने आवश्यक कागजात सहित यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र यस बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बबरमहल, काठमाण्डौँमा शेयर खरिदका लागि निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ । उक्त म्यादभित्र प्रस्तावित शेयर खरिद गर्न विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले निवेदन नदिएमा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी बाहेकका अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थालाई शेयर बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धमा आवश्यक कारवाही अघि बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचनाद्वारा जानकारी गराईन्छ ।

35-Day Notice Published for Existing Promoter Shareholders of Prabhu Bank Limited Interested in Purchasing Promoter Shares
Since the promoter shareholders of this Bank as per the details below have requested to make necessary arrangements to sell the promoter shares held in their names, and as there is a provision to give priority to the existing promoter shareholders of the Bank when buying and selling promoter shares, this notice has been published for the information of the existing promoter shareholders of the Bank who are interested in purchasing the proposed promoter shares. Existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing the proposed shares are notified to submit an application for share purchase at the Central Office of this Bank, Babarmahal, Kathmandu, within ३५ days from the date of publication of this notice, along with the necessary documents to meet the Fit & Proper Test criteria prescribed by Nepal Rastra Bank. If no application is received from the existing promoter shareholders to purchase the proposed shares within the said period, this notice also informs that necessary action will be taken to sell the shares to persons/institutions other than the existing promoter shareholders.
