प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले आफ्नो १७ औं वार्षिक साधारणसभा २०८२ साल असोज १० गते काठमाडौंको कमलादीस्थित रोयल सिंगी होटलमा राति ९ बजे आयोजना गर्ने भएको छ।
साधारणसभामा आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि कुल १२.६३१६% लाभांश पारित गर्ने प्रस्ताव रहेको छ। सञ्चालक समितिको निर्णयअनुसार कम्पनीले ४% बोनस सेयर र ८.६३१६% नगद लाभांश (करसहित) वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको हो।
त्यसैगरी, साधारणसभाले अडिटरको प्रतिवेदनसहित नाफा–नोक्सानी विवरण, वासलात, वित्तीय विवरण र नगद प्रवाह विवरण स्वीकृत गर्नेछ। साथै, आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ का लागि अडिटर नियुक्त गर्ने एजेन्डा पनि रहेको छ।
साधारणसभामा सञ्चालक नियुक्त गर्ने र स्वतन्त्र सञ्चालक नियुक्त गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि प्रस्तुत गरिने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
Prabhu Capital Limited has announced that its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Ashwin 10, 2082. The meeting is scheduled to take place at Royal Singi Hotel, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, starting at 9:00 PM.
The AGM will endorse a 12.6316% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. As per the decision of the board of directors, the company has proposed a 4% bonus share and an 8.6316% cash dividend (including tax).
Additionally, the AGM will approve and endorse the auditor’s report along with the profit and loss statement, balance sheet, financial statements, and cash flow statements for FY 2081/82. It will also appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The meeting will further discuss and approve the appointment of a director and an independent director.
