प्रभु महालक्ष्मी लाइफ इन्सुरेन्सले संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरुको नाममा रहेको ३० हजार १२० कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीमा ल्याएको छ। यसमा कम्पनीका संस्थापक सेयरधनी, अन्य व्यक्ति वा संघ संस्थाले आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। सेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुकले आज (जेठ २४ गते) बाट ७ दिनभित्र कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, कमलादी, काठमाडौंमा के कति सेयर खरिद गर्ने सोको व्यहोरा खुलाइ आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ।
यस सेयर बिक्रीमा सहभागिता जनाउन इच्छुकहरुले सम्पूर्ण कागजातहरु तयार पारेर तोकिएको समयसीमाभित्र आवेदन बुझाउनुपर्नेछ। सेयर खरिदका लागि आवेदन फारम कम्पनीको कार्यालयबाट वा अनलाइनमार्फत पनि प्राप्त गर्न सकिन्छ। इच्छुक आवेदकहरुले निर्धारित समयभित्र आवेदन पेश नगरेको खण्डमा, बाँकी सेयर अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई बिक्री गरिनेछ।
कम्पनीले सेयर बिक्रीबाट संकलित रकमलाई विभिन्न परियोजना र व्यवसायिक विस्तारमा लगानी गर्ने योजना बनाएको छ। यसले कम्पनीको आर्थिक स्थायित्वमा थप बल पुर्याउनेछ।
Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance has announced the sale of 30,120 promoter shares currently held by its founder shareholders. These shares are available for purchase by the company's existing promoter shareholders, as well as any other interested individuals or entities. To participate in the purchase, interested parties must submit their applications to the company's central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, within seven days starting from today (June 6).
Applicants must specify the number of shares they wish to purchase in their application. The application form can be obtained from the company’s office or through their online platform. If existing promoter shareholders or other applicants fail to submit their applications within the stipulated timeframe, the remaining shares will be offered to other interested parties.
The funds raised from this share sale will be used to finance various projects and expand the company's business operations, thereby strengthening the company's financial stability.
