प्रभु महालक्ष्मी लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेड (PMLI) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट शेयरधनीहरुलाई लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गर्दै आफ्नो सातौँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। इन्स्योरेन्सले कम्पनीको आर्थिक व्यवस्थापन, शेयरधनीहरूको लाभ, र भावी योजनाहरूका बारेमा छलफल गर्नका लागि यस सभा बोलाएको हो।
सभा मिति र स्थान: असोज २३ गते बिहान ११ बजे, आम्रपाली ब्याङक्वेट, भाटभटेनी, काठमाडौँमा साधारण सभा आयोजना हुनेछ।
लाभांश प्रस्ताव:
कम्पनीले आफ्नो हालको चुक्ता पूँजीको १० प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ।
कर प्रयोजनार्थ ०.५२६ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश पनि वितरण गरिनेछ।
हकप्रद शेयरको प्रस्ताव:
बोनस शेयर वितरणपछि कायम हुने चुक्ता पूँजीको ७ प्रतिशतका दरले हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन गर्ने प्रस्ताव सभामा पेस गरिनेछ।
अन्य प्रस्तावहरू:
प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावलीमा संशोधन गर्न सञ्चालक समितिलाई आवश्यक अख्तियारी दिने।
लेखापरीक्षकको नियुक्ति र त्यसका सर्तहरू पारित गर्ने प्रस्तावहरू।
बुकक्लोज मिति: साधारण सभा प्रयोजनार्थ असोज १६ गते एक दिनका लागि बुकक्लोज हुनेछ। यस अनुसार असोज १५ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भइ कायम रहेका शेयरधनीहरुले सभामा सहभागिता जनाउन र लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्।

The AGM is scheduled for October 9, 2024 (Asoj 23, 2081 B.S.) at 11:00 AM at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu.
Dividend Proposal:
The company has proposed a distribution of a 10% bonus share from the current paid-up capital.
A 0.526% cash dividend will also be distributed for tax purposes.
Rights Share Proposal:

Book Closure Date:
The book closure for the AGM is set for October 2, 2024 (Asoj 16, 2081 B.S.) for one day. Shareholders whose names are registered with NEPSE until October 1, 2024 (Asoj 15, 2081 B.S.) will be eligible to participate in the meeting and receive dividends.
