Dividend Proposal:

• The company has proposed a distribution of a 10% bonus share from the current paid-up capital.

• A 0.526% cash dividend will also be distributed for tax purposes.

Rights Share Proposal:

• After the distribution of bonus shares, a proposal to issue 7% rights shares based on the maintained paid-up capital will be presented at the AGM.

Other Proposals:

• Authorize the Board of Directors to amend the Articles of Association and Bylaws.

• Appoint an auditor and approve their terms.

Book Closure Date:

• The book closure for the AGM is set for October 2, 2024 (Asoj 16, 2081 B.S.) for one day. Shareholders whose names are registered with NEPSE until October 1, 2024 (Asoj 15, 2081 B.S.) will be eligible to participate in the meeting and receive dividends.
