प्रभु महालक्ष्मी लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेडले आफ्ना पाँचजना प्रमोटर शेयरधनीहरूका नाममा रहेका ९८,४९० प्रमोटर सेयर बिक्रीमा राखेको छ। हाललाई यी सेयरहरू कम्पनीका अन्य प्रमोटर शेयरधनीहरूले मात्र किन्न पाउने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। सेयर किन्न इच्छुक प्रमोटरहरूले आवेदन दिनका लागि ३५ दिनको समयसीमा तोकिएको छ।
आवेदन कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, कमलादी, काठमाडौंमा बुझाउन सकिनेछ।

Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited has announced the sale of 98,490 promoter shares, currently held by five promoter shareholders. The company has offered these shares exclusively to its existing promoter shareholders initially, with a 35-day deadline to submit applications.
Interested promoters can submit their applications at the company’s central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, during the specified period.
If the existing promoters fail to purchase the shares within the given timeframe, the company has stated that these shares will be opened to public sale.
