प्रभु म्युचुअल फण्डका दुई योजनाको बुकक्लोज मिति तयPrabhu Mutual Fund Announces Book Closure Date for Two Schemes
प्रभु बैंक लिमिटेड कोष प्रवर्द्धक र प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड योजना व्यवस्थापक रहेको प्रभु म्युचुअल फण्ड अन्तर्गतका दुई बन्दमुखी योजनाको बुकक्लोज मिति तोकिएको छ।
‘प्रभु सेलेक्ट फण्ड’ र ‘प्रभु स्मार्ट फण्ड’को बुकक्लोज भदौ १५ गते आइतबार एक दिनका लागि हुने भएको हो। प्रभु बैंकको सञ्चालक समितिको साउन ३० गते बसेको बैठकले सो निर्णय गरेको हो। यसअनुसार भदौ १२ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा नाम दर्ता भएका इकाइधनीहरूले लाभांश पाउनेछन्।
यी दुवै योजनाले यसअघि नै नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरिसकेका छन्। ‘प्रभु सेलेक्ट फण्ड’ले करसहित १२ प्रतिशत र ‘प्रभु स्मार्ट फण्ड’ले १० प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश दिने भएको हो।
यस निर्णयसँगै यी योजनाका इकाइधनीहरूले तय गरिएको मितिभित्र नेप्सेमा कायम रहे लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्।
Prabhu Bank Limited, as the fund promoter, and Prabhu Capital Limited, as the fund manager, have fixed the book closure date for two schemes under Prabhu Mutual Fund.
The book closure for Prabhu Select Fund and Prabhu Smart Fund will be held for one day on Bhadra 15 (September 1, 2024). The decision was made during the board meeting of Prabhu Bank held on Shrawan 30 (August 14, 2024). Accordingly, unit holders registered in NEPSE by Bhadra 12 (August 29, 2024) will be eligible for the dividend.
Both schemes had already declared cash dividends earlier. Prabhu Select Fund will distribute a 12% cash dividend (including tax), while Prabhu Smart Fund will provide a 10% cash dividend (including tax).
With this decision, unit holders maintaining their positions by the set date will be entitled to receive the announced dividends.
