प्रिमियर डिस्टिलरी लिमिटेडको आईपीओ आउँदै Premier Distillery Limited to Issue IPO
प्रिमियर डिस्टिलरी लिमिटेडले प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्कासन (आईपीओ) ल्याउने तयारी गरेको छ । उक्त आईपीओको निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकका रूपमा सिद्धार्थ क्यापिटल लिमिटेड नियुक्त गरिएको छ । माघ ६, २०८२ मा काठमाडौंको थापाथलीस्थित कम्पनी कार्यालयमा दुवै पक्षबीच सम्झौता सम्पन्न भएको हो । सम्झौताअनुसार कम्पनीले प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यमा सर्वसाधारणका लागि २२ लाख ५० हजार कित्ता साधारण सेयर निष्कासन गर्नेछ ।
२०१२ मा सुनसरीको दुहबीमा स्थापना भएको प्रिमियर डिस्टिलरी लिमिटेडले १ अर्ब रुपैयाँभन्दा बढी लगानीसहित नेपालकै अत्याधुनिक एकीकृत मदिरा उत्पादन उद्योगको रूपमा आफूलाई स्थापित गरेको छ । कम्पनीले भोड्का, ह्विस्की, रम तथा जिनका लागि प्रयोग हुने ग्रेन–आधारित एक्स्ट्रा न्युट्रल अल्कोहल (GENA) उत्पादन गर्दै आएको छ । अत्याधुनिक स्वचालित बोटलिङ लाइन र उच्चस्तरीय गुणस्तर नियन्त्रण प्रणालीमार्फत आफ्ना ब्रान्ड तथा देशभरका अन्य बोटलिङ उद्योगलाई स्पिरिट्स आपूर्ति गर्दै आएको यस उद्योगले आयात प्रतिस्थापन र आत्मनिर्भरतामा महत्वपूर्ण योगदान पुर्याएको छ । द हिमालयन रिजर्भ ह्विस्की तथा भारतको Mohan Meakin Limited सँगको फ्रेन्चाइज सम्झौताअन्तर्गत उत्पादन हुने ओल्ड मङ्क रमजस्ता ब्रान्डहरू यसको उत्पादन पोर्टफोलियोमा रहेका छन्, जसले नेपाली मदिरा उद्योगमा नयाँ मापदण्ड स्थापित गर्न सहयोग पुर्याएको छ ।
Premier Distillery Limited is set to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and has appointed Siddhartha Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager. As per the agreement signed on Magh 6, 2082, at the company’s office in Thapathali, Kathmandu, the company will issue 22.5 lakh units of ordinary shares to the general public at a face value of Rs. 100 per share.
Established in 2012 in Duhabi, Sunsari, with an investment exceeding Rs. 1 Arba, Premier Distillery Limited is one of Nepal’s most modern integrated liquor manufacturing industries. The company produces grain-based extra neutral alcohol (GENA) used in vodka, whisky, rum, and gin, supported by advanced automated bottling lines and stringent quality control systems. Supplying spirits for its own brands as well as other bottling industries across the country, the distillery has played a key role in reducing import dependence and promoting domestic self-reliance. Its portfolio includes brands such as The Himalayan Reserve whisky and Old Monk rum, produced under a franchise agreement with India’s Mohan Meakin Limited, highlighting its contribution to setting new standards in Nepal’s spirits manufacturing sector.
