१९ खर्बको बजेट ल्याउने सरकारको तयारी Preparation of the government to bring a budget of 19 trillion
राष्ट्रिय स्रोत अनुमान समितिले आउँदो आर्थिक वर्षको बजेटको सीमा बढाउने तयारी गरेको छ। यसको मतलब आगामी वर्ष देखि अझै धेरै धेरै पैसा खर्च हुने बजेटको तयारी हुन लागेको छ।
समितिले गत फागुन १ गते बजेटको सीमा १८ खर्ब रुपैयाँ निर्धारण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको थियो। तर, आफूहरूले गहिरो अध्ययन गरेका कारण, अझै अझै बढाउन तयारी गरिरहेका छन्। यसको कारणले अहिले बजेटको सीमा १९ खर्ब रुपैयाँ माथि हुने गरी तयारी भइरहेको छ।
प्रधानमन्त्री पुष्पकमल दाहालले १९ खर्ब रुपैयाँको बजेट ल्याउने गरी तयारी गर्न निर्देशन दिएका थिए। त्यसपछि राष्ट्रिय योजना आयोगका उपाध्यक्ष मीनबहादुर श्रेष्ठ नेतृत्वको समितिले बजेटको सीमा बढाउने तयारी गरेको थियो।
समितिले बजेटको सीमा बढाउने गरी केही प्रमुख सुझाव पेश गरेको छ। त्यसमा राजस्वबाट १२ खर्ब ७० अर्ब रुपैयाँ, वैदेशिक ऋण र अनुदानबाट २ खर्ब ६० अर्ब रुपैयाँ, र आन्तरिक ऋणबाट २ खर्ब ७० अर्ब रुपैयाँ लिने सुझाव छ। यसैले समितिले बजेटको सीमा बढाउने गरी निर्णय गरेको हो।
समितिले सुझावहरूलाई गम्भिरतासँग अध्ययन गरेको छ र त्यसका अनुसार बजेटको आकार सिफारिस गर्न सक्ने बताइएको छ। त्यसैले प्रधानमन्त्रीको निर्देशनमा उनको चाहना पुरा गर्न बजेटको सीमा बढाउने गरी निर्णय गरिएको हो।
राष्ट्रिय प्राकृतिक स्रोत तथा वित्त आयोगले कुल ग्रार्हस्थ उत्पादन (जीडीपी) ५.५ प्रतिशतसम्म आन्तरिक ऋण लिन सकिने सीमा बढाईदिएपछि अब समितिले आन्तरिक ऋणबाट ३ खर्ब १० अर्ब रुपैयाँ उठाउन सिफारिस गर्ने तयारी गरेको छ।
यस्तै स्रोत अनुमान समितिले वैदेशिक ऋण र सहायता बाट ३ खर्ब रुपैयाँ र राजस्वबाट १२ खर्ब ९० अर्ब रुपैयाँ जुटाउन सिफारिस गर्ने तयारी गरेको हो।

Based on these suggestions, the committee has made the decision to increase the budget ceiling.
The committee has carefully studied the suggestions and believes that the proposed budget size aligns with the Prime Minister's directives. After increasing the ceiling, the committee is now preparing to recommend borrowing up to 310 billion rupees from domestic sources.
Similarly, the committee has proposed gathering 300 billion rupees from foreign loans and assistance and 1.29 trillion rupees from revenue to meet the budget ceiling. This indicates that the committee is actively working to ensure adequate funds for the budget.
The committee's suggestions have been thoroughly examined and it is believed that the proposed budget size is appropriate. Therefore, the decision to increase the budget ceiling has been made in accordance with the Prime Minister's directives.
