राष्ट्रपति पौडेलद्वारा सहकारी सम्बन्धी अध्यादेश जारीPresident Paudel Issues Ordinance on Cooperatives
राष्ट्रपति रामचन्द्र पौडेलले सहकारी सम्बन्धी अध्यादेश जारी गरेका छन्। मन्त्रिपरिषद्को सिफारिसमा राष्ट्रपति पौडेलले केही नेपाल ऐनलाई संशोधन गर्ने सहकारी सम्बन्धी अध्यादेश आइतबार जारी गरेका हुन्।
गत मंगलबार बसेको मन्त्रिपरिषद्को बैठकले सो अध्यादेश पारित गरेको थियो।
उक्त अध्यादेशले सहकारी संस्थाहरूको नियमनका लागि ‘राष्ट्रिय सहकारी नियमन प्राधिकरण’ गठन गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ।
प्रस्तावित पाँच सदस्यीय प्राधिकरणमा एक जना अध्यक्षका साथै, एक जना सहकारी क्षेत्रका विज्ञ, एक जना चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट, र सहकारी मन्त्रालयको सहसचिव सदस्य रहने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
सहकारी क्षेत्रलाई व्यवस्थित र प्रभावकारी बनाउन यो अध्यादेशले महत्त्वपूर्ण योगदान गर्ने सरकारको विश्वास छ।
President Ram Chandra Paudel has issued an ordinance related to cooperatives. Acting on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, President Paudel promulgated the ordinance on Sunday to amend certain Nepalese Acts related to cooperatives.
The ordinance was approved in last Tuesday's cabinet meeting.
It proposes the establishment of a "National Cooperative Regulatory Authority" to regulate cooperative institutions.
The proposed five-member authority will include a chairperson, an expert in the cooperative sector, a chartered accountant, and a joint secretary from the Ministry of Cooperatives.
The government believes this ordinance will play a significant role in making the cooperative sector more organized and effective.
