संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री सम्बन्धी सूचना

यस बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनी मध्ये केहीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयरहरु बिक्रीको लागि बैंक समक्ष लिखित रुपमा निवेदन दिनुभएकोमा हाल यस बैंकमा कायम इच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीले संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्ने जानकारीको लागि मिति २०८० माघ २३ गते बुधवारको राजधानी राष्ट्रिय दैनिकमा ३५ (पैंतीस) दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरेकोमा केही संस्थापक शेयरको लागि हाल कायम संस्थापक शेयरधनीबाट शेयर खरिद गर्न निवेदन नआएकोले यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था सम्बन्धी ऐन, २०६३, नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले यस सम्बन्धमा बैंकहरुलाई जारी गरेको निर्देशन तथा अन्य प्रचलित कानुन बमोजिम उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक सर्वसाधारणले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५ (पन्ध्र) दिन भित्र यस बैंकको कम्पनी सचिवको कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क राख्न हुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं । साथै, बिक्री गर्ने संस्थापकहरुको नाम, बिक्री मूल्यका सम्बन्धमा कम्पनी सचिवको कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क गरी बुझ्न हुनसमेत यसै सूचनाद्वारा जानकारी गराइन्छ ।
Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares

As some of the promoter shareholders of this Bank submitted written applications to the Bank for the sale of promoter shares owned by them, a ३५ (thirty-five) day public notice was published in Rajdhani National Daily on Wednesday, २०८० Magh २३ for the information of existing interested promoter shareholders to purchase the promoter shares. Since no application was received from existing promoter shareholders to purchase some of the promoter shares, this notice has been published. As per the Banks and Financial Institutions Act, २०६३, directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank to banks in this regard, and other prevailing laws, general public interested in purchasing the said promoter shares are requested to contact the Company Secretary's office of this Bank within १५ (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice. Additionally, information regarding the names of the selling promoters and the sale price can also be obtained by contacting the Company Secretary's office through this notice.
