प्रभु महालक्ष्मी लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनी मोहनलाल अग्रवालले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको १,००,००० (एक लाख) कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीका लागि राखेका छन्।
कम्पनीले मिति २०८२ साल कार्तिक १२ गते पहिलो पटक सूचना प्रकाशित गर्दै, बीमा समितिको संस्थापक शेयर कारोबार सम्बन्धी निर्देशिका, २०७७ को निर्देशन नं. ११ बमोजिम इच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूका लागि ३५ दिने सूचना जारी गरेको हो।
सूचना अनुसार, इच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले यस सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिनभित्र कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, कमलादी, काठमाडौंमा निवेदन पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ। आवश्यक कागजात संलग्न गरी खरिद गर्न चाहेको सेयर संख्या र अन्य विवरण स्पष्ट उल्लेख गर्नुपर्नेछ।
कम्पनीले साथै जानकारी दिएको छ कि सो अवधिभित्र कुनै पनि संस्थापक शेयरधनीबाट निवेदन नआएमा, सम्बन्धित प्रक्रिया कानूनी प्रावधान अनुसार अघि बढाइनेछ।
प्रभु महालक्ष्मी लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेडले शेयरधनीहरूलाई उक्त सूचना अनुसार निर्धारित समयभित्र आवेदन दिन आग्रह गरेको छ।
Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited has announced that its promoter shareholder Mohanlal Agrawal is offering 100,000 (one lakh) promoter shares for sale.
According to the company, the notice was first published on 12th Kartik, 2082, in line with Directive No. 11 of the Promoter Share Transaction Guidelines, 2077, issued by the Insurance Board of Nepal. The company has issued a 35-day notice inviting interested existing promoter shareholders to purchase the shares.
Interested promoter shareholders are required to submit their applications within 35 days from the date of this notice to the company’s central office at Kamaladi, Kathmandu. Applications must clearly mention the number of shares they wish to purchase along with the necessary supporting documents.
The company further stated that if no applications are received within the specified period, the process will proceed as per the prevailing legal provisions.
Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited has urged all concerned promoter shareholders to submit their applications within the given timeframe.
