Protective Micro Insurance Limited ले बीमा दाबी फछ्र्यौट प्रक्रियासँग सम्बन्धित आवश्यक कागजात समयमै पेश गर्न बीमितहरूलाई आग्रह गरेको छ। कम्पनीले बिहीबार एक अत्यन्त जरुरी सूचना जारी गर्दै आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को पुस मसान्तसम्म दर्ता भएका बीमा दाबीमध्ये हालसम्म प्रक्रिया पूरा नगरेका सेवाग्राहीलाई सम्पर्कमा आउन अनुरोध गरेको हो।
कम्पनीका अनुसार धेरै बीमितले आवश्यक कागजात पेश नगरेको, कम्पनी वा सर्भेयरको सम्पर्कमा नआएको तथा दाबी प्रक्रिया अधुरै रहेको अवस्था देखिएको छ। त्यसैले सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले २१ दिनभित्र सम्बन्धित सबै कागजातसहित कम्पनीको शाखा कार्यालय वा नियुक्त सर्भेयरसँग सम्पर्क गर्न भनिएको छ।
कम्पनीले तोकिएको समयभित्र आवश्यक प्रक्रिया पूरा नगरेका दाबी फाइलहरू नियमानुसार बन्द गरिने चेतावनी समेत दिएको छ। बीमा दाबी भुक्तानी प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउन सम्बन्धित शाखा कार्यालय, बागमती प्रदेश कार्यालय वा मुख्य कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क गर्न कम्पनीले आग्रह गरेको छ।
Protective Micro Insurance Limited has requested insured clients to submit the required documents related to pending insurance claims within the specified deadline. Issuing a public notice on Thursday, the company said several claims registered until mid-January of the current fiscal year 2025/26 are still incomplete due to missing documents and lack of contact from policyholders.
According to the company, many insured individuals have neither submitted the necessary paperwork nor remained in contact with the company or appointed surveyors, delaying the claim settlement process.
The insurer has asked concerned policyholders to contact the respective branch office or assigned surveyor within 21 days from the date of publication of the notice and complete the claim process by submitting all required documents.
The company has also warned that insurance claim files that remain incomplete within the given timeframe will be closed in accordance with existing regulations. Policyholders have been requested to coordinate with the concerned branch office, Bagmati Province office, or the company’s head office for further assistance.
