काठमाडौं । राधी विद्युत् कम्पनी लिमिटेड (RADHI) ले आफ्नो वार्षिक साधारण सभा पुस २२ गते आयोजना गर्ने भएको छ । साधारण सभा पुस २२ गते हुने भए पनि कम्पनीले सभा स्थल र समय भने पछि सार्वजनिक गर्ने जनाएको छ ।
साधारण सभामा आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का वित्तीय विवरण पारित गर्ने एजेन्डा रहेका छन् । यस अन्तर्गत लेखापरीक्षकको प्रतिवेदनसहित नाफा–नोक्सान हिसाब, वित्तीय विवरण तथा नगद प्रवाह विवरण स्वीकृत गरिनेछ ।
त्यसैगरी, आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ का लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्त गर्ने तथा पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि सभामा प्रस्तुत गरिनेछ । अन्य विविध विषयहरूमा पनि छलफल हुने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ ।
साधारण सभा प्रयोजनका लागि कम्पनीले पुस ८ गते बुक क्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ । यसअनुसार पुस ७ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा सेयर कारोबार भई कायम शेयरधनीहरूले साधारण सभामा सहभागिता जनाउन सक्नेछन् ।
कम्पनीले साधारण सभाबाट आगामी कार्यदिशा र वित्तीय पारदर्शितालाई थप सुदृढ गर्ने अपेक्षा राखेको जनाएको छ ।
Kathmandu — Radhi Bidyut Company Limited (RADHI) has announced that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 6 (Poush 22, 2082).
The AGM will consider and approve the company’s financial statements for the fiscal year 2021/22 (FY 2081/82). This includes the auditor’s report along with the profit and loss statement, financial reports, and cash flow statement.
The meeting will also endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2022/23 (FY 2082/83) and decide on the auditor’s remuneration. Other general business matters will also be discussed during the meeting.
For the purpose of the AGM, the company has announced a book closure date on December 22 (Poush 8). Accordingly, shareholders who maintain their shareholding until December 21 (Poush 7) will be eligible to attend the AGM.
