Rajan Subedi, a young trader in the Nepali stock market, entered the market when the NEPSE index was nearing 3200 points. However, soon after his entry, he suffered a loss of nearly 50%. Driven by the pain of that loss, Subedi dedicated himself to studying the market and went on to earn good profits as the index ranged between 1800 and 2200 points.
He believes that even in a bearish market, one can still make a profit of 15 to 20 percent. Subedi now spends around 6 hours a day actively involved in the market.
