राप्ती हाइड्रो एण्ड जनरल कन्स्ट्रक्सन लिमिटेडले यही असार १ गतेदेखि शतप्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीले हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको १:१ अनुपातमा प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ दरले ६१ लाख २७ हजार ९३८ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गर्न लागेको हो।
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) बाट आवश्यक स्वीकृति प्राप्त गरिसकेपछि कम्पनीले हकप्रद निष्कासनको प्रक्रिया अघि बढाएको हो।
यसअघि कम्पनीले हकप्रद निष्कासन प्रयोजनार्थ जेठ ६ गते बुक क्लोज गरिसकेको छ। जसअनुसार जेठ ५ गतेसम्म कायम शेयरधनीहरुले मात्रै यस हकप्रदमा आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
कम्पनीको हकप्रद शेयरमा आवेदन दिने अन्तिम म्याद असार २२ गतेसम्म तोकिएको छ। इच्छुक शेयरधनीहरुले आवेदन फारम कम्पनीको कर्पोरेट कार्यालय त्रिपुरेश्वर वा बिक्री प्रबन्धक मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, नक्साल काठमाडौंमा बुझाउन सक्नेछन्।
Rapti Hydro & General Construction Limited is set to issue 100% rights shares starting from Asar 1 (June 14). The company will offer a total of 6,127,938 units of rights shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share in a 1:1 ratio.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has already granted approval for the issuance, and the company is proceeding accordingly.
For the purpose of this rights issue, the company had already announced a book closure on Jestha 6 (May 20). Hence, only shareholders who held shares until Jestha 5 (May 19) will be eligible to apply for the rights shares.
Applications can be submitted until Asar 22 (July 6). Interested shareholders can submit their applications either at the company’s corporate office in Tripureshwor or at the sales manager Muktinath Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu.
