राष्ट्रिय बिमा कम्पनीको असार २९ गते साधारण सभा, लाभांश वितरण नहुनेRastriya Beema Company Calls AGM on Ashar 29, No Dividend Announcement
काठमाडौं : राष्ट्रिय बिमा कम्पनी लिमिटेडले असार २९ गते वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ । सभा अनमोल क्याटरिङ सर्भिस प्रालि, शंखमूल, काठमाडौंमा बिहान ११ बजे सुरु हुनेछ । यस वर्ष पनि कम्पनीले लाभांश वितरण नगर्ने भएको छ । सभामा आर्थिक वर्ष २०७५/७६ र २०७६/७७ को वार्षिक प्रतिवेदनमाथि छलफल गरिनेछ । सभाका लागि कम्पनीले असार २३ गते बुक क्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ । त्यसैले असार २२ गतेसम्म कायम रहेका सेयरधनीले मात्र सभामा सहभागी हुन सक्नेछन् ।
Kathmandu: Rastriya Beema Company Limited has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Ashar 29 (July 13, 2025). The meeting will take place at Anmol Catering Service Pvt. Ltd., Shankhamul, Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM. This year as well, the company has decided not to distribute any dividends. The AGM will discuss the annual reports for the fiscal years 2075/76 and 2076/77. For the purpose of the AGM, the company has announced a book closure on Ashar 23. Therefore, only shareholders registered by Ashar 22 will be eligible to participate in the meeting.
