जलविद्युत् लगानी तथा विकास कम्पनी (एचआईडीसीएल) को यसअघि हकप्रदमा बिक्री नभएको १ करोड ६८ लाख ५९ हजार ५० कित्ता संस्थापक सेयरका लागि शिलबन्दी बोलपत्र आवेदन माग गरिएको थियो। सो संस्थापक सेयरको कटअफ मूल्य १३५ रुपैयाँ तय भएको छ।

रकम फिर्ता: १३५ रुपैयाँभन्दा कम मूल्य तोकेर आवेदन दिनेले सोमबारदेखि रकम फिर्ता पाउनेछन्।
सेयर वितरण: १३५ रुपैयाँभन्दा माथिको आवेदन दिएकाहरूले केही समयपछि डिम्याट खातामा सेयर पाउनेछन्।
Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company Limited (HIDCL) had invited sealed bids for 16,859,050 founders' shares that were not sold in the previous rights issue. The cut-off price for these founder shares was set at NPR 135 per share.
