२०८२ जेठ २६ – नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से) ले रिलायबल नेपाल लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स (RNLI) को शेयर मूल्य समायोजन गरेको छ। कम्पनीले वार्षिक साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरणको लागि बुकक्लोज गरेपछि नेप्सेले शेयर मूल्य समायोजन गर्दै नयाँ मूल्य तोकेको हो।
समायोजन अनुसार, इन्स्योरेन्सको १२ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर समायोजन गरिएको छ। यसपछि कम्पनीको शेयर मूल्य ४५२ रुपैयाँ ६७ पैसा कायम गरिएको छ, जुन अघिल्लो कारोबार दिन आइतबारको अन्तिम मूल्य ५०६ रुपैयाँ ९९ पैसा को आधारमा गरिएको हो। यही समायोजित मूल्य अनुसार सो दिनको कारोबार खुल्नेछ।
कम्पनीले असार २ गते, भाटभटेनीस्थित आम्रपाली ब्यांकेटमा बिहान ११ बजेदेखि आठौं वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। सो सभामा हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीमा आधारित भएर १२ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र ०.६३ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (कर प्रयोजनका लागि) वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गरिनेछ।
त्यसकासाथैसभामाकम्पनीकोप्रबन्धपत्रतथानियमावलीसंशोधनगर्नसञ्चालकसमितिलाईअख्तियारीदिने, लेखापरीक्षकनियुक्तगर्ने, लगायतकाअन्यप्रस्तावहरूपनिपारितगरिनेछन्।
Kathmandu, June 9, 2025 – Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share price of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance (RNLI) on Monday, Jestha 26, following the company’s book closure for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution.
As per NEPSE, the adjustment was made after the company announced a 12% bonus share distribution. Following the adjustment, the new base price of RNLI has been set at Rs. 452.67, revised down from the last traded price of Rs. 506.99 recorded on Sunday. This adjusted price will be used as the opening reference for trading on the adjustment day.
The company's 8th AGM is scheduled to be held on Asar 2 at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, beginning at 11:00 AM. The meeting will endorse the proposal of distributing 12% bonus shares and 0.63% cash dividend for tax purposes, based on the current paid-up capital.
In addition, the AGM will also authorize the board to amend the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, appoint an auditor for the upcoming fiscal year, and pass other standard resolutions.
