रिलायबल नेपाल लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेड (RNLI) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट शेयरधनीहरूलाई वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको लाभांश पारित गर्न साधारण सभा आह्वान गरेको छ। कम्पनीले पुस २९ गते, मंगलबार, एलिस रिसेप्सन, गैह्रीधारा, काठमाडौँमा नवौँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा आयोजना गर्ने जनाएको छ, जसको सुरुआत बिहान ११ बजे हुनेछ। सभाले हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको १२ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गर्नेछ। यसका साथै सञ्चालक नियुक्तिको अनुमोदन, लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्ति लगायतका अन्य प्रस्तावहरू पनि सभाबाट पारित गरिनेछ। साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरण प्रयोजनार्थ कम्पनीले पुस २१ गते बुकक्लोज गर्ने भएको छ। त्यसअनुसार पुस २० गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई कायम रहेका शेयरधनीहरूले साधारण सभामा सहभागिता जनाउन तथा प्रस्तावित लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्।
Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (RNLI) has announced the convening of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to approve the dividend declared from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has scheduled its 9th AGM for Tuesday, December 29, at Alice Reception, Gairidhara, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM. The meeting will endorse a proposal to distribute a 12 percent cash dividend based on the company’s paid-up capital. In addition, the AGM will approve the appointment of directors, appoint an auditor, and pass other related resolutions. For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the company will close its books on December 21. Accordingly, shareholders who maintain their shareholding through trading on NEPSE up to December 20 will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
